Placements and the numbers behind them

JK there's no numbers behind placements, you just get randomly queued with random people and end up in bronze and then have to climb back up to high gold again cuz of afks and ragers that put your team on tilt.

Past 2 seasons ive been placed in bronze and then have climbed out into gold within the month/weeks i got placed. Placement matches are cancer and thank god dynamic queue was taken down. I started winning after it went down cuz I could actually get my main lane and carry, but it wasnt enough. Went 2-8 in placements, 2 games had afks 1 during the crash of dynamic queue so he left thinking his game screwed up. 2 other games after those 2 we had troll laners who picked something they've never played before and were very hard to play against the enemy team comp.

1 being a bard jungle against a rengar. The other was a singed jungle and only sat in his jungle. I don't blame them for our losses but the fact that placements are solely on your win/loss and not individual skill is cancer.

I only get my main lane once in a blue moon when queuing up in dynamic queue. You guys need to add a feature where we can choose between the old queue and the new one or lettuce queue for 1 lane only with longer queue times. Because I will gladly sit there for 5-10mins to get my main and getting my secondary role 6-10 times after 1 main role game is pretty stupid.

P.S. For those of you out there who also got placed in bronze but were higher than silver last season, I feel you on your pain of having to climb for no reason. May your queues be meta as hell and I hope none of you run into 1st timers on champs they've never played.

-Just another plat potential player stuck in silver/gold elo

Support mains I feel you too, mid/support main here.
