Some reasonable buffs for Lux to make her a more viable pick high elo (Level 7 Lux)

As the title says...

Lux is currently sitting at a 48%-51% win rate: http://na.op.gg/champion/lux/statistics/mid https://champion.gg/champion/Lux/Middle

Lux is known to be a champion that no matter how many buffs she receives, she will still remain weak at high elo, so I thought of a few very reasonable buffs for Lux to be finally viable at high elo.

Base movement speed increased from 330 to 340

Range increased from 550 to 625

Q: Light Binding

Root duration increased from 2 seconds to 2/2.25/2.5/2.75/3 seconds

E: Lucent Singularity

Damage increased from 60/105/150/195/240 to 80/105/150/195/240

New Effect Lucent Singularity deals 60% bonus damage to minions

R: Final Spark

Damage increased from 300/400/500 to 400/500/600 plus 15/25/35% of the target's missing health

Cooldown decreased from 80/65/50 to 65/50/35 seconds

Reasons for these buffs:

-By buffing Lux's movement speed will allow her to not get blown up as easily and will give her the chance to dodge assassin's abilities without being a free kill.

-By increasing Lux's auto attack range will allow her to safely proc Illumination with her basic attacks and finally use item 3100 without feeling like trolling with it.

-Increasing the root duration in Light Binding will allow Lux to easily punish any champions that jump on her and allow her to escape while they are rooted for the longer duration

-Buffing Lucent's Singularity damage early game and allowing it to deal bonus damage to minions will allow Lux to finally wave clear early game without being forced to use her passive, her ultimate, and item 3285.

-Buffing Final Spark to deal more damage based upon the enemy's missing health will reward Lux to land her abilities before using her ultimate to kill the target (Such as Q E R; Q R; etc.). Decreasing the cooldown in the late game will allow Lux to make more frequent plays of Final Spark in teamfights.

Uh-huh, I'd say pick one and it'd maybe sound reasonable; she's already an artillery mage with plenty of utility.

This is a joke, right? This has to be a joke. You're not a real person, you can't be.

Ultimate part... For the most part, it is a joke - however, the rest is serious. :)

I wouldn't mind Final Spark getting those buffs, but I don't see it happening. [zombie-nunu-tears]

more frequent plays of Final Spark OMEGALUL

as if 10 seconds for a global ult isn't enough late game

Lux's issue is that she has virtually 0 reliability. Most artillery mages don't, but Lux also falls off kinda hard because she's too reliant on her Q to land R, and once people buy Merc treads and other defensive items, landing her combo becomes a pain.

Lux's kit just doesn't lend itself to the mid lane very well. If she wanted to be a high elo/LCS pick instead of what she is now, she'd have to be tuned as a support, with higher base values and less reliance on ap scalings, and even though no one hardly plays this champ anymore, people would throw a fit if that were to happen, so it won't.

Lux mid has major logistical issues that she just can't get around no matter how much you throw buffs at it, unless you want to overtune her.
