Meddler what are you current thoughts on Vayne?

I don't want this to come off as a post asking for Vayne buffs because she is weak but I'm curious to hear your balance opinion on her. It seems ever since her time during the season 3 world championships she has fallen off into obscurity. This has gone on now for over a year and it seems like she maybe missing something. Even during our period last year where hyper carry marksmen were favored Tristana/Kogmaw/Twitch saw far more play than she ever could hope to. To me it seems like her laning phase currently is worse than all of the other hyper caries, her mid game is worse and her late game fantasy isn't all that it's cracked up to be with her being restricted by her 550 range compared to other marksmen range/skillshots/abilities. She also has an extreme lack of waveclear compared to other marksmen which is another weakness as far as her being a hyper-carry markswoman.

How do you feel about her current place in the game and do you foresee any changes between now and maybe the 2015 worlds? AKA should we expect her to maybe have another look taken at her for the world patch again this year?
