Match making please rito?

I'm tired of inconsistency in players in my games, just because they are on a win streak, or MMR is high please look at over grade and stats half those players got carried and barely had a good enough K/D Ex. 1.2.0 or 0.4.0 3.12.0 and those games has wins , I keep getting these god awful people that don't belong in the matches at all, I understand people have bad games but when I get them in my game 3-4 times in a row and even the enemy team gets them, they still do horrendously bad they defiantly don't think they need to be in the same match up. It really is a bothersome and most can relate to this but it brings the effort of balance games and tosses it away, always give one or the other team an advantage for sure don't say this is intended to see where you stand on the ladder or MMR Purpose, I am competitive but even sometimes I can't carry because that 1 player under preforms, and it is so hard to pick up there slack, and can be mentally draining, rage inducing, and almost makes me want to not play the game time to time.

Do not be scared give me some community insight explanations, ideas, describe and relate or what you think about current state of match making at this moment. I want to see what you guys/girl think or have to say as well.
