MatchMaking ...whats wrong???

Every game there is always a team which is too strong and the game is essentially over in 10mins....one team is too fed always.

1. i would say Ranked atleast matches me with people in my elo, Blind/Draft pick is a different story silver queued up with high gold, platinum and DIAMOND!? i mean how is that even possible! If i had the capability to play with diamond players wouldnt i have that MMR! This just makes playing league no fun! why queue up wait through champ select to have the result decided at loading screen. its time to play other games which are fair. Please see the image if u dont believe me. This was from blind pick!
