Does magic pen work on Garen?
If it does, I can just imagine a Garen flashing over a wall and literally one-shotting the enemy adc, and I mean 100% - 0% Hp.
Ik it isn't viable, I just wanna know if it would work, because it would be HILARIOUS. So does Magic Pen work with Garen ult?
It does against a non-villain, but against the villain it does nothing, as its true damage. Ironically, if you got abyssal vs a 0 mr person without mr runes, if he was the villain you would be doing LESS damage because it reduces mr, but doesnt increase true damage
Yes, mpen does work on Garen's ult. But it is literally impossible to entirely 1-shot with it due to its nature. The target WILL need to take damage from other sources, period.
And sorry, but DFG Garen isn't coming back :(
