Nerf the bear Stance movement speed by % and revert the changes you already did to turtle & phoenix

turtle and phoenix didn't needed the nerf like really it wasn't the real problem. Its his bear and everyone should know this by now. I don't care how but find a way pls. I find it stupid where udyr has over 500 movement speed by the time of when late game starts.

Its also the kit of spamming abilities with almost no mana costs.

ChickenDyr is toxic because of how his kit makes you play.

It is completely binary

Ether you chase someone down and there is nothing they can do but die or He runs away and they cant catch him.

Once you learn to know when to run he becomes GoDyr and it is just stupid.
