Can we remove the lesser runes and just let everyone have access to the greater.

So I made a smurf acc and realized buying the lesser runes just suck. Besides we are only given 2 rune pages. Also the lesser runes don't really make a impacted till players reach lvl 15 because you only get one rune slot per lvl. Also its a giant waste to new players who decide always to update their rune page with a new rune each and have to keep buying the other tiers till the greater tier runes at lvl 20. Also runes don't cost rp which makes the progress of completing rune pages a lot slower since you have to replace your lesser. Also to buy some runes it would take you 2 to 3 games since runes cost a decent amount of ip.
