Messy passive

I've lived with the Zilean passive for a while, played 100+ games and almost have d2 off the guy. I like the targeting who you give the xp too stuff, nifty idea Riot. But actually giving the xp just so freaking awkward.

--Buggy-- Sometimes right clicking with Zill to give xp casts a random ability (just an E or W, or if you're unlucky flash). Randomly the passive won't activate. The passive sometimes takes 2~ seconds to 'notice' someone is in range even though the graphics already show the person being in range. If you click an ally accidentally you can be rooted for a second, 0 workaround, you can't rebind it or anything. --Clunky-- Right click to give xp is wierd. you can right click an ally whenever so the passive itself NEEDS tons, like just an annoying amount of shit (2min CD, out of combat, long root-channel, has to level up ally) and fixes for that clunky shit (always give at least 10? % of stored xp)

--IDEA-- Zilean casts E on an ally, gives and takes 20% (or less?) of stored xp. Up the xp/sec by a lil. That would mean you could dump 35%~ xp in one E-W-E(135 mana) or 55~% in two(270 mana). The extra xp/sec is to make up for that part you always have left.

Simple, 0 bugs.

  1. No clunk. You will use it just by playing the champ, no self-roots, no long CDs, no frustrating windows.
  2. #Deep. You can now roam and reliably give xp, OMG. You can now level up your adc in a fight if played right (not casting E on adc to stack up xp). Pushes for weaving E-on-ally into normal rotations. Just casting E-W-E on someone whenever to give them xp leaves you useless for 10s (no stun, very bad dmg) and costs allot of mana. Speeding up the jungler can cost the adc some xp. 3)teaches people. New zileans rarely E anyone but the enemy or themselves. More reward for the most uncommon target of E.
