Why is it so hard to get an S on a support champ?

Hello, now you don't have to waste your time checking my profile. I can just tell you. I am a trash pleb support main who is too scared to play ranked, so I play norms all day. Now that, that is covered let me get to my main issue. As a support main who loves Zyra , getting at least an s- is extremely difficult. I've had my fair share of toxic peeps, trolls, and just plain noobs in my games, but occasionally I get lucky and get an actually good team, but unfortunately the best i could get was a B+ or smth. I'm not just your normal support main though. I'm the type of support who would risk their life, die, or even waste my flash in order to save someone or get a double kill. Unfortunately this would usually cost me my score, so while I'm feeding, they will just look at my ADC and gasp in horror as they look at their score and while my team gets s's I end up getting a B+ or even riot decides to be that big of an a**hole and gives me an A+ to make me feel bad. Plz be nicer to support plebs like me Riot. Plz. :(((((

Limit your deaths and most importantly you need to ward. You need to get a great vision score

Well here's the thing. The grading system works by comparison. It compares you to other players regionally who used the same champ/lane set up as you did. So to get an S, you would need to best the score of someone else who already got an S with it. A big reason this is a problem for supports is because you'd need a great kda ratio and cs amount, and cs is an issue since most minion kills go to the adc. Oh, you also need to ward a lot.
