Ekko Top Help

So i'm an ekko main and i personally love AP bruiser Jungle. I like ekko ap assassin mid too but i've mostly only seen ekko top recently and i don't really get what to build and what type of top champs to pick that into. Any of you have suggestions and answers? Have a great time on the rift and keep rewinding.

As far as I'm aware, the build is basically item 2033 start, rush item 3078 , then go full tank. item 3065 item 3742 item 3143 item 3047 item 3111 item 3748 item 3102 etc

item 3001 item 3025 item 3068 item 3065 item 3009 finish with what ever last item you want... this is basically god mode ekko capable of merking most anything 1v1
