Not sure if real or troll, but I will talk anyway. Braum top is completely outmatched. He has two damage-dealing ablities, one being his ultimate. His E is very situationally powerful to certain champs, but the greatest benefit of it is that you can protect your carry. His W is basically useless for anything besides an escape. With the new buffs, his Q is more sufficient in lane, but that doesn't change how dependent on a carry he is to deal any damage. And he doesn't have any sustain. And his passive is just about completely useless in lane because you will very rarely be able to basic attack a champ three times in consequence. That is his main form of CC, but it only works with a carry. Braum was built for support, any other role is subpar.
