Support Items in 10.1

I have a question and a request.

Question: What happened to the other changes to the support-items for this patch mentioned in the last weeks: "The second change we’re making for 10.1 is increasing the tier 3 quest goal so that we can remove the farming penalty once you reach tier 3. " It's not in the patchnotes and after a test i see, that it's also missing in-game. I know, it was like "PBE"-stuff, but... Will it come later? In an other form? Or is it pulled back forever? I just really looked forward to this change.

Request: Preferred slots (hotkey / keybinding) for new support-items in Item-Sets. Still missing. I asked about that some weeks ago already...

My solution is to just sell the item (for ~200 gold?) once I identify transitioning to a farming role. This opens up a slot also.

As someone who uses item sets as well, this is very important. I don't get why they removed it in the first place. You can keybind all kinds of non active BS item, and what do you do? You remove keybinding only to the most important item for supports, the one they will use most often, the warding item. It makes so little sense and has been going on for so long, it aches my head when I think about it. [zombie-brand-mindblown]

They left some things behind for this patch (sede the wukong threads around) and i Hope that him, and the further supporto Irene changes Will come in the next patch...

Btw, i'm more sad about the poor ppl who waited for Wu for SO LONG...

Im always surprised when people dont actually keep up with PBE changes considering that its extremely simple to check Surrender@20 for a well organized and easy to read PBE patch notes.

They scrapped those changes and just gave regen instead. As for the wukong changes, those literally went up on PBE today. Why would they be on the live server?

The farming buff got removed.

They removed not being able to farm. You get diminishing gold if you farm [zombie-brand-facepalm]

Regeneration on first&second forms is good news, but that trade on the final form is questionable at best.

Who needs it trade, when at the time you finish it you already have most if not all your mana and mana-regen.
Change gives double profits to champs, who run or - who already were a stronger bunch.
No solution to income cut-off? Tnh.......
