Can't select a preferred slot (hotkey / keybinding) for new support-items in Item-Sets.

Hi!

Seemingly the option to select a preferred slot is missing for the new support-items. It is possible for Umbral Glaive, but not for any of the 4 new support-items. As they get an active item for wards, i really miss it on them.

Also i would love, if we could select a slot for the Total Biscuits of Everlasting Will from runes' Inspiration Tree. As other not purchasable items, like Kalistas Black Spear and such, are implemented there, i would love to see the Biscuits there too. (And other potentially missing items ;)
