Right now, queuing support is freelo. It means almost guaranteed everyone on your team gets their primary role, while good odds enemy team gets trolled by autofill. As long as you aren't trying to save starving African children in bot lane, you have really high odds of collecting free carries.

See, for me Fill in general is pretty easy to win with. Ever since I started doing my fill-only flex experiment (where I'm gonna do 100 fill games to see how bad the role balance/queues are), my overall winrate went up by about 6% despite not changing my playstyle (I still KS constantly as support and focus on wave manip) and not at all changing my attitude (if a teammate makes an error, I show'm the better play). I'm only about 50 games into the thing, but with the pace I'm going at gold seems like a pretty real possibility.
Also, dodging sketchy placement games.
