stay in lane push your advantage! Why go wandering into the fog just to get ganked and lose your tower in return?

As soon as tower is gone I go help my team.

You're actually far more likely to get ganked after you take a tower and push.

It's common sense. The team is automatically going to look to that area because the announcer just notified them that you took their tower. If they have a brain, they are going to be thinking, "Oh dang I better go stop them from taking the second one!" Normally two people come to stop you from pushing, especially if they see you aren't going back.

The sensible thing to do is finish off the incoming wave after you take tower, then back and help push another lane or take another objective.

For some champs, it is the end of laning phase. Like gangplank. if you stay in lane you basically get rekt by any champ with cc. So you group and teamfight

If you take your lane tower and then push you are asking to get ganked, so it's better to push the wave, leaave and put down vision and look to contest objectives. Because the tower is gone you have more freedom to move around the map

no just cuz you get a turret dont mean laning is over, it means you rotate to another lane and get that turret. and push your lead and create map pressure that way, if you blinding push to far up in lane past the turret you took you have too much of a risk to get caught and give kills which would lose the advantage.

Depends. Sometimes it's better to switch with top. Sometimes it's better to go mid. It all depends.
