Thunderlords Decree.......AGAIN

Just complaining.....just returned to lol after a year or so hiatus. I am happy with most changes. I do not however like that now every single champion is being choked into using thunderlords decree mastery point. I know that I dont have to use it, but every match has at least 4-6 people using it, because its OP as all hell. I feel like a douche and have been yelled at by teammates for not using it, I understand why its good, and that it should be for mainly assassins; however i was just in a game where teemo was using it full AP build and doing 1700 damage with an auto and a Q. THAT'S BS and besides adc/ranges aa champs shouldn't really be using it anyway. Rengar's ive seen use it, and yes he is an assassin but like he needs more burst damage? really? As if a skilled rengar wasnt already great at 2 shotting a squishy; with this mastery point a Rengar is just downright broken. I dont like that i have to put 18 points into mainly support/assasin tree for nearly all damage champs or i get raged on because its so OP u just use it. Thats my two cents. criticize and complain all u want. call me a noob, I just think riot might as well remove ferocity and resolve trees, especially since they just nerfed grasp of undying and ignored thunderlords......
