Shaco bug 6.22 not procing thunderlords

Just stating that shaco doesnt proc thunderlords when backstabbing, as in backstab doesnt count towards a thunderlord proc. Im sure its already been stating but just making sure, this definetly needs fixed ASAP because he is unplayable at the moment
