Is it me or new conq feels healthier than the old one. Seriously, the old one you could proc 5k dmg in 1 single game. But today played kayn in my smurf account and i was like 18/3 score and dealt not nearly 2k dmg from it.
I have to say congrats to the develop team for patch 9.3, 9.4 and the midpatch 9.3
PrismalDawn3 votesThat was the intended purpose. Hopefully now I won't have to lane against a Yasuo with 3 attack speed items chunking my health each auto and Q. The only reason, mind you, he was able to do this as because he always had conqueror ready to go, because for some reason, you could stack it by battling minions. Pretty dumb all things considered. This was a suggestion I made multiple times and no one listened, until now I guess.
That shit was cancer. Also, Jax will probably be toned down a bit as well.

They won’t. Hashinshin and his mob of bruiser mains will cry that they aren’t 100-0 tanks in one rotation anymore and it’ll get buffed.

idk i suppose it has been a while since i played but last i played both were a longstanding plague of ridiculousness upon any chance at fun that there once was in the game which riot flagrantly ignored and needlessly introduced.

Illabethe1 votesDepends on the champ. It's not healthy on Illaoi, or Darius, or auto attack skirmishers, who rely on continuous engagements.
It's healthy on champs like Kayn, because he has limited attack engagements (most of your damage is in 2-3 skills, so 5 stacks is hard to maintain)
