That said, looking her up on something like op.gg though shows stats that aren't much better. 47.32% WR in 23.5 PR.

Why am I still getting Vaynes taking guinsoo's? Is on-hit good anymore?

The crit changes are shutting her out since it isn't a bad build anymore. She just needs her power to come a little earlier without going out of hand late.

As an avid kai'sa player, she feels terrible to play at the moment because her natural counters (Sivir, Lucian and Vayne) are just way too strong.
