Loss Prevent For Games With Leavers

So I think that there should be a way to have loss prevent enabled for games that have a player missing for half or more of a game ending in a loss. I just had a game where one player never connected for the entire game, another player rage-quit at level 3 for the rest of the game, so 3v5 and of course we lost. no loss forgiven. This is so unfair becuase even highly skilled players cannot carry their way through a 3v5, they are simply outnumbered. There is no reason to be punished by losing LP for games like these where loss is out of our control and the control of the two or three other members on the team with you. Who's with me on this?
