Super galaxy Shyvana skin bugged

I've replicated it plenty of times, I've tested it constantly. This skin has a slower auto-attack reset on her auto-Q animation. It's sad, but true. It's my favorite skin for her, but I don't like to use it as it results in worse gameplay. I own all her skins and it doesn't happen in any others
