Instant Stealth: Akali, Kha'zix, LeBlanc, Shaco, Talon, Vayne and Wukong. Delayed Stealth: Rengar, Twitch.
Evelynn's stealth radius is shorter than Oracle's or any other reveal mechanics.
Either way, Lulu is viable as a support and solo laner at the moment.

it should be a skillshot like Lees reveal, say i see a Wukong go into clone to initiate a teamfight and I'm Lee, i can just E and then I or one of my teammates can knock him away before he ults or even cancel his dash with CC, same thing with Talon, can actually save my ADC if I'm positioned properly, with Lulu I can't reveal anything meaningful unless I'm in auto range of a Vayne or Kha'Zix between ult procs (which means instant death as Lulu). The CD on the ability is actually higher or the same as most of the non-ult stealths anyway.
Sailor Mint1 votesLulu is not a passive support, you should be in Vayne's face. You have strong auto-attacks and all your spells, including Whimsy, are short range. Since you're running an Oracle's Lens and/or are carrying pink wards, it shouldn't be too hard to get vision. Pix means you don't lose track of them if they try to use their stealth to disengage.
