Ekko has more utility than any support or tank.
and more burst damage and mobility than any other mid laner
why wasn't he disabled and hotfixed within an hour of release, or even just held back on the PBE for another week?

Good thing his abilities take a day and a half to arrive, giving you plenty of time to rape him and have a dance party on his corpse.
He has too much utility, but it's not more than supports and tanks.
Yes his kit is so overloaded. His W passive and shield should be rmoved and his passive is far too strong too.
