Can you actually seriously remove auto fill from silver elo?

I really love (hate) it when people get auto filled support and think they can do something stupid like nidalee or teemo bot cause they don't want to pick into something that is actually going to be supportive. It creates a game loss when they get the level 1 support item, then proceeds to build full ap and then proceeds to feed the enemy team.

There's no reason to have autofill in silver and bronze elo, the point of autofill was to fix long queue times which was only a problem at higher ranks.

If your team has somebody autofilled, the enemy team should have someone too so abuse it.

There is no point to autofill at all, the majority prefers to wait a bit longer but have a quality game.
