I have mastered TALON!

and tbh, the dude aint weak, he just got that huge learning curve which takes time to understand. and it's not all about kills, you mostly need to manipulate the enemies with this champ, although he's an assassin, he just feels like a new category added to the skirmisher tank fighter adc mage collection.

I would like him to get fixed in certain areas though, like give him his 15 MS back , and sometimes hi E doesnt work as intended, like i try to jump a wall and he jumps it backwards.
