Buffing lethality ADC was the best thing You've done Riot!
Now you don't have to play assassins, specially talon since you have a MF pressing Q and chunking 3/4 of your HP bar. Good job.
Edit: So I just read the blog Reav3 made (http://nexus.leagueoflegends.com/2017/01/dev-state-of-champion-update-january-2017/) , and since we're talking about Lethality and mostly my main "Talon", I'd say I disagree about what Reav3 said.
@Reav3 or any other Rioter, if you're reading this then I have to disagree about the items line ---> (( While we feel Talon’s kit is in a pretty good spot, we also think he was a tad bit weak at launch. We put some small buffs in for Talon himself, but also suspect his current power level is impacted by some of his must-buy items being a little on the weak side. ))
You see if those items were in weak spot Rengo and Kha , jayce too wouldn't be dealing that much damage since they increase their overall AD damage.
Talon's problem mainly lies in his "Spells SCALING", his scaling on his Q and R both are low. and other QoL buffs would totally put him in a better spot like for example:
- Talon being able to E --> Q mid air or W or any other spell.
- Talon could R then E and still be invisible.
the W double nerf "delay, and first W lost it's slow" hit him hard, yes you gave it a longer range but lost some width too. If you could let it scale so the delay is lower lategame for faster assassination that would be a wise choice "since adcs will go 5 items and it would be pointless and inefficient as an assassin to wait to land that W with it's current delay".
who wins lane gets level 11 and proceeds to literally insta-gib your entire team with one ult.
