Rank leave question

I was playing a rank earlier and then I hear this loud crash outside. Turns out someone hits the electricity pole. Most homes lost their electricity including myself. Just checked my stats and i did get a leave. What are the consequences for leaving a rank? This is the first leave too. Never had a random incident like this happen until now! I do agree that it is partially or mostly my fault that my team lost though. Hopefully this doesn't happen again.
