Series needs to get fixed.

So... Series are broken, we all know this. In series you bound to get afk, feeders or people who feel like they bought there account, we all know this right? How does Riot not know this and their huge fail? Series makes me want to quit League of Legend. I don't like playing normals because it offers no real challenge to me. Hell, I do the most outrageous things in normals and carry still (I'm not gloating, I'm just showing how little of a challenge it is compared to Ranked).

But let me get to the reason why I am posting/venting here today.

I just got done with a 5v4 where we shouldn't of lost AT ALL. I got in I was like easy win... First 5 minutes in.. Top lane died, bot lane dies soon after top died again, top died again, then bot lane lost turret all within like a 10 minute span. It just absurd. After that I started to notice they were using wards in our jungle so I tell my team to start pinking up our jungle so we can cut off their vision and allow for counter attacks. Well my whole team apparently didn't know what a pink ward or a ward was cause no one but I were using them the whole game. My ADC didn't know what attacking a champion meant cause he would never do it in fights and etc... Just sad.

So I just want to know Riot, I want an offical Riot respond with logic and reasoning why their match making for series players are so shitty where as when I am not in series and I get players, they're great players who ward up who I know that got my back and I don't have to type in chat or ping when we're standing on a ward or something, we all just know cause we learned all this. If I wasn't in series and it was a 5v4 we would of rekt the other team and won in 30 minutes if they haven't surrendered. When I am not in series I play with players who are gold level and I enjoy it cause it can be a challenge at times, I don't enjoy getting players WHO ARE NOT on my skill levels or the skill level is not the same as the people I get post-series. Clearly Riot this must be intended, otherwise why have such a shitty matchmaking? I could understand if this happened like once in a while because it bound to happen, but almost 80% of the time in series is not acceptable.
