A flamers queue?

Hey, I have a flamer friend who I duo with and I started to notice a certain pattern. When I duo with my cousin who is generally a really nice guy we end up finding a match in ~ 1 minute and there are nearly never any flamers in our team.

However when I duo with my friend who is quite the flamer match que gets up to ~5 minutes and sometimes even longer although both friends are the same elo and the people in those teams flame LIKE HELL

Makes me wonder, did riot sneaky put a flamers que like a prisoners island?

Pretty sure something similar has been around for a while. You get reported enough for whatever, you start ending up with other people who get reported as well, forcing you down into the worst parts of the community until your behavior improves and you stop being reported.
