Smurfs broke this game

Hey, so I wanted to have a talk about something that has been annoying me thoroughly all the time, but especially these days it has gotten completely out of hand.

Basically, nearly every single match I play in my (gold 4) elo has a smurf in it. You can think I'm exaggerating, but when they have 0 normal wins, a 75% ranked winrate or even proudly show off their streams it is quite obvious to me they're smurfing. Now my question is; how is elo boosting disallowed but this is allowed? What about when smurfing is done on a friends account? Suddenly it's not the same as boosting anymore?

I win nearly every match I play, I work so hard towards it, I admit that often I get the smurf too, I can't be hypocritical about that, but to work so hard and to lose everything in promos because I got queued up against a smurf who crushed my whole team is just ridiculous.

And that is only in my low elo. Hey, have any of you tried making a new account? Can you tell me against how many seemingly new players you have played?

I recruited 3 friends to this game and they all quit within a few days because they got stomped by all smurfs. Not a single one of the matches were against players of their own level. Hows that? Is there not even a real influx of new players anymore? How dead is this game actually?

I cannot even enjoy this game anymore because of this and I think I will honestly quit this game besides playing 5v5 with my friends. This game has gone to utter sht since S3 and I frankly can't take how riots handling it anymore. Ghostcrawler was the last nail on the coffin.

Sometimes there will be smurfs on your team, sometimes there will be smurfs on the enemy team, who cares?

Smurf accounts... I hear you, It's almost like all PK'ers came from WOW (since you can't PK anymore) and came onto league. I mean I can understand when one loses their account, but some people just make new accounts to feel like they are really good, when really they sucked at their old accounts level, and decided to go pick on the less experienced. It just sucks. That said I'd recommend new players to stick with BOTs and Normals until they can compete. This is a hard game, made that much harder by skillful players, and also by Smurfs (as they do exist so must be taken into account). I like how much challenge there is. The smurf accounts are getting out of hand

this is complete exaggeration. I have played new accounts and smurfs in ranked and you always go through the same matchmaking process. The people you play with for the first few games are random, but by 20-30 games you're playing with ppl on your level UNLESS you are intentionally losing games.
