The bug effecting them had been going on for like a week before Riot disabled them, and it was in no way game breaking so why take them out. Why not just let people play them anyways?
On that note it's been like 5 days now :/
Because nobody likes playing against them anyways.
It's pretty game breaking. I have lost/won games because of that bug.
