Too many champion shards

I am sick of all these useless champion shards. I own all champs and have 21640ip. These shards are useless for me and want me to play less as other peers have skins left and right. Dont get me wrong i buy skins at least once a quarter so i am not cheaping out. It just feels like im being mocked because i own all champions.
