DEVOURER- BANE OF WHAT LITTLE TEAMWORK THERE IS IN LOWER ELO

Lately it seems that in lower elo, devourer enchants have been creating unusually selfish junglers. So many times people ask for ganks and the jungler says "Wait until I'm sated." Which really basically means that the selfish udyr-style jungling that is so controversial already has been extended to other champions. In higher elo, maybe it works because people work together well enough that this is not an issue and they understand the balance between time spent jungling and time spent ganking. However, I feel that in the so-called elo hell, Devourer encourages non-communication and resentment between team members and the jungler because of the temptation it gives to play so-called godyr on every champion that can legitimately use devourer. While I understand that people need to learn teamwork for themselves, I don't believe that it helps to have items that encourage isolation.
