Pinging stacks for items

Hi Riot, I have been playing support for about all my time playing lol (1 year) and I have been wondering why you never made it so we can ping stacks for relic and and all runes. why can't we ping that. It would help in Solo/Duo queue to communicate to your adc and others when you can take stuff. If there is a way, If anyone would like to tell me I would greatly appreciate it.

Because pinging that you still have 4 more wards to place before backing is sooooooo much more important
