Making it possible to show how many "spoils of war" charges do you have

Many times when I try to use my chargers my adc or an ally champion near by ends up last hitting the minion I had wanted to use the charge on, and I think many others have had an adc last hitting the canon minion they were planning to waste their charge on at least once. Usually you see a support marking the canon or asking in chat for his adc to not last hit the canon (or minion), so I figured that giving the ability to show the number of charges you have by clicking alt+the item (simular to the way you can let allys know about your cool downs) could make using your Spoils of War stacks from your relic shild much easier, and actually is already used on some certain items like Mikael's Crucible. http://media.tumblr.com/tumblr_m37go7mT0Z1r9rjs4.gif
