Regarding Rek'sai's new change to her ult. "Enemies can now only dodge Void Rush by dashing or blinking massive distances away from Rek'sai". Does this mean that, with correct timing, you can't escape her ult dmg when using 
anymore?

I feel this is completely fine. Because she has no escape once she ults in.
Its like Zeds Ult but if he could not press R again.
