Vlad QoL buff proposal
Vlad is in a pretty good spot right now, but isn't exactly a go-to pick simply because he's a champion with a lack of mobility and a lack of CC which allows many meta champions to easily kite or escape him
This really hurts his solo kill potential because he gets kited most of the time
The solution is simple, make it so he can move while casting his E, similar to how Syndra's Q or Orianna's Q W E would work
I believe it should be limited to only his E for several reasons
- The cast time is longer than his Q and R
- Unless you're really really experienced with Vlad, it's hard to know when the E is actually in range to hit (when you're chasing someone)
- His Q would be too good with Rylai's single target slow especially with the hp it gives him
TL;DR Take away the cast time on Vlad's E
