Kha'Zix is still broken

i think we can all agree that this cancerous champion (see: resets, poke, stealth, cc) has been pretty dominant since release

I get that there were many tears shed when he was "nerfed" but that's inevitable since there are so many "mains" on this champion

can we actually gut this piece of crap and get it over with? Either that or increase bans to 10 please.
