Get rid of that stupid animation and make his blades come back instantly. I get tired of watching people escape my damage by walking to the side making it harder to do the full damage.
And his passive, make it pop off 3 hits of his abilities instead of using an auto afterward. he feel so Clunky

He's not that bad at the moment. Seriously. (Heck, recently, Scarra has said that Talon is pretty good in his current state.)
Talon is fine if you know how to play him. He just takes much for skill and forethought now. Take the time to get a grasp of his new ins and outs. he is actually better than he has ever been.
It sounds to me like you just wanna press all your buttons thoughtlessly on people, which is specifically what Riot wanted to change about him and assassins. Practice actually aiming and landing his stuff and You will see you are more than capable of being as effective and then some as old Talon was.
