Blind Pick is unplayable !

as the title say 5v5s blind pick is unplayable . Filled with BOTS , and by bots i mean fake account run by a script that will eventually be sold on eBay once it reaches level 30. Riot knows about these accounts because i constantly see the same players even after both my team and the enemy team report that account. Since riot won't do anything about it , how about stop punishing us for leaving the champion select game. As i am writing this I am waiting 15 min because i left when i recognised a bot account i played some games ago. 3v3s is completely gone you won't find a single real player there. Is riot loosing that many players that they allows this ? If riot continues to allow this at least let us have a way to not be forced to play with them .

Let us leave champion select games, create a new report button for bots. Allow for us to surrender by 3 players because bots won't surrender and many times I've seen the owner of the bot in the same game, so it also refused to surrender and needless to say that game was a massacre .
