[GAMEPLAY] SION Abilities BUG

sometimes during the game , Sion's Q and R won't work . W and E still do work. I need to quit and reconnect for them to start working again. I don't remember how it happened first time , but last time i was fighting this girl with red hair and wings (not good with names) suddenly Q wouldn't work , i thought she used some sort of ability , but nope it stopped working completely. Needed to quit and reconnect and both Q and R worked normally.
