Punish ranked feeders- please read all the way to the bottom.

Look, I know this sounds kinda harsh and stupid, but we all know that one ranked feeder who makes the game so hard on you. What do we want to do then? Flame the shit out of him/her. HOWEVER, we can't do that because of the risk of getting a suspension or a perma ban. I hate having people like that in my ranked teams, don't you too? This game is in such a bad state right now- it is changing and so are players. More and more dumbass brand top feeders are in our games. Punishing ranked feeders would make the game a little harsh, but better for players who actually know how to not feed their asses off. If this gets implemented, I feel like it wouldn't even be too harsh.

Some ideas i have are:

• Starting punishing players once they reach level 30 and only punish them in ranked games.
• After doing bad in 5 out of his/her 10 most recent ranked matches, give a warning.
• If they do bad the next ranked game after the warning, put a mark (that will show that they have a significant chance of doing bad) next to their name that will only show up in ranked champ selects and in ranked games (only to ally team).
• To get rid of the mark, the player has to do good in 2 ranked games in a row.

Sometimes, feeders can do bad early game, get carried mid-game, but ultimately lose the game for their team. I feel that players should be judged in three sections- Early game (0:00-20:00), Mid-game (20:01-30:00), and Late-game (30:01-End). If a game ends within 1 minute after 20:00 or 30:00, players will not be judged in mid-game or late-game, respectively. If a player does bad in at least 2 of these sections (1 if the game ends from 0:00-31:00), then consider that as a game that that player did bad. If Riot decides to implement this, the experts can decide what would be considered doing bad in each section. Don't comment anything like "What would be considered doing bad?" because I can't answer that. Every ranked game is different and I can't set any standards.

I think that implementing this into the game will make twitch streams more funny and make ally junglers gank feeders more before they feed. Feel free to comment and ask questions below but I will not reply to anything rude. Suggest changes, but remember, these are IDEAS.
