Could we get a small buff icon letting us know how much damage we currently have stacked up from this mastery? Its sort of a luxury, I know, but I think it would be nice to know if I'm missing someone on my MURDER list during the game!
If you have that mastery. It could be simplified by placing a check mark beside each enemy you've killed at least one time on the scoreboard to avoid additional clutter on the HUD.

I haven't seen a tooltip for Fervor, either, which might be helpful. I guess the idea is that either way, it shouldn't change your play, so you just hope it's working as intended and keep going.
