Acouple ideas for Bard's ultimate

I look at Bard and see a champion with alot of utility that can bring some interesting things to the table when played correctly. I like his kit overall (Although I think his heal could be aliiiiitle bit stronger considering it costs so much mana, but w/e) but I must say, his ultimate kind of bugs me! Its pretty cool, but I feel like its too... forgiving? I'm not sure how to put it, but I feel like it needs a small secondary effect to make it more interesting in team fights.

I had a couple ideas, some that I thought would be interesting to be added (I know its highly unlikely that Riot would actually add them, but I just thought of them for fun)

First idea: Whenever Bard uses his ultimate on the enemy, their cooldown timers are frozen. It may seem abit OP, but it would certainly turn the tide in team fights if you land on both your team and the enemy, since your cooldowns will be up but theirs would not be.

Second idea: Giving Bard his ultimate automatically at level 1. Sounds super cheesy and pretty OP, but it could make invading really worth while, or protecting your teams from enemy invades.

Third idea: Bard's ultimate having a faster projectile speed/doesn't show the enemy where he is ulting. It can take quite awhile (kind of) for the ultimate to reach a destination, giving the enemy team enough time to simply walk out of it, thus making your ultimate a waste. Of course it doesn't matter up close, but I'm talking long range protection man!

Forth idea: Bard's ultimate deals a small flat amount of damage to enemy towers when ulting them. Ok, so Bard can ult enemy towers to initiate a dive, but wouldn't the enemy team sit under their turret, putting them under stasis too? Seems like the only reason you'd ult an enemy turret is to run away without taking damage from it. Atleast this way there is more than 1 reason to ult a turret. (Of course this argument is totally void if the enemy is no where near the turret)

Those are my ideas, just came up with them for fun. If you got any other ideas to add or you got anything to mention, then feel free to comment.

What if his ult had an after effect like Morg's ult? Except instead of damage it provides a substantial buff/debuff to everyone who was hit by stasis. For allies, let's say a damage increase or armor/mr increase by 10/15/25% (debuff increased by ap ratio) and obviously the opposite for enemies. Enough for people to want to get out of the fight, which goes along with Bard's theme. I'm no balance tester so I know that needs to be toned down, but the biggest problem with Bard's ult is how much my team feels like sitting ducks during an ult. It needs something to make the teammates THANK the Bard for ulting. I've pulled some pretty clutch ults already, but there are plenty more times its feels like I had no impact since the enemy just dog piles immediately after it's over anyways.
