Teach a Friend Mission - Need Help

Heya,

So... looks like I need someone less than lv15 to join me in a party against bots... and sounds like there may be several missions afterwards. Thing is I've played 5 beginner bot games - not a single person there wants to join my party... heck they barely communicate. Anyone have a lower lv friend?
