phase rush=damage reduction
this is just a blatant regurgitation of a previous post with more direct, conducive phrasing.
I won't put too much of my own spin on this idea here, but I suggest adding some extra length to the duration of phase rush and making it a more effective battle tool by maybe adding damage reduction to AOE abilities or something in that nature. I imagine that the champions it was originally intended for would find much better use out of it in this direction, but flat damage reduction would be a bit too generalist and could cause problems in other areas like top lane.
