a few ideas of reworking her abilities(ideas..maybe good maybe over the top,maybe so stupid) i want that to discuss that with you passiv:(take your time):cassiopeias abilitys growing stronger over time/maybe even a stacking mechanism first upgrade buffs her q for more poke higher ratios : q ratio change to 65% W changed to 20% growing ratios: we know theyr are so many different types of poison some are stronger so longer it last w-miasma ratio increase every 1.5 second for(0.05%) making it deadly to stand the full duration on it rewarding : your e resets on hit again refreshing the cd on your q after hitting 4 twin fangs *Curse: after dying cassiopeia turns into stone decays to many pieces on the ground leaving a poison field on the ground

she isnt she suffers from her weak early poke and high manacost they took everything from her early made her an e machine gun. but you cant go in without an escape spell its simple to risky. her other abilitys need a buff

Her early game poke is really strong, and good Cassiopeia players can balance out their mana. She's extremely strong right now and I would probably say she needs to be nerfed before she gets buffed.

If you want to buff her you have to nerf something.You cant just straight buff her it will make her op.

Dude ur ideas are creative and all but they dont accually respond to help cass as a champion. Shes a carry mage and ur ideas make her a zoning/early game bully. Besides she good as is already
