Riot Plz make it so its possible to play on high res monitors

I am literally returning a 500 dollar gaming monitor I got a few days ago because it is a 2.5k resolution monitor and playing league on it is impossible without down scaling everything to lower resolution. The problem with this is it makes alt tabbing take 10 seconds because it has to readjust resolution and at the end of every game it breaks the client. I found out a solution to this is to have the client automatically close in game and then when it comes back up after game it takes a good 10 seconds and is really small and every time I have to resize it. This isnt just my computer being slow either because its a new 3.5k dollar gaming computer. I used to play league on a low resolution tv screen and im literally going back to that because playing league on a high resolution screen is super annoying.
