Can we stop ignoring nocturne?

Nocturne used to see play and now not only is his pick rate (both in regular games, ranked, and pro games and tournies) but both of the ways to build him are a trap. Build damage and anyone above bronze will disintegrate you, build tanky and you do less damage than a level 1 soraka with a relic shield. his ult's cooldown is ridiculous and its range is mediocre compared to TF and panth. meanwhile champions like jax are tanky because of a high base health, and lee can build straight tank and nuke...

stop nerfing new champions and buff old ones.
